1. Who we are

BluePanda AI ("BluePanda," "we," "us") is an AI consulting firm based in American Fork, Utah. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use bluepanda-ai.com (the "Site"), our forms, our email list, our scheduling page, and our client portal.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, company, phone (if provided), and your message.
  • AI Readiness Checklist form: your name, email, and any company details you choose to share.
  • Email list: your email address and basic engagement data (for example, whether an email was opened or a link was clicked).
  • Scheduling (Calendly): when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, chosen time, and any answers you give to booking questions, and shares them with us.
  • Client portal: for clients only. We collect account details (name, email, login credentials) and the project files and information you or we upload.
  • Analytics and technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and approximate location, collected with cookies or similar technologies.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and send resources you asked for, such as the checklist.
  • To schedule and hold consultations.
  • To deliver services to clients, including through the client portal.
  • To send occasional emails about AI insights, events, and services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand Site usage and improve our content.
  • To protect the security of the Site and portal, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Email list

If you download the checklist or sign up, we may add you to our email list. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email mark@bluepanda-ai.com to be removed.

5. Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, for example:

  • website hosting,
  • form processing,
  • email delivery,
  • analytics,
  • scheduling (Calendly), and
  • cloud storage for the client portal.

These vendors handle data under their own privacy terms and only for the purposes of providing their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to measure traffic and improve the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

7. Client portal and client data

Information that clients provide through the portal is used only to deliver the agreed services. It is kept confidential and is governed by the client's engagement agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this policy. Access is restricted to authorized users.

8. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law or by client agreements. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing emails, by contacting mark@bluepanda-ai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

11. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version.
