1. Agreement

By using bluepanda-ai.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational content

Content on the Site, including articles, the AI Readiness Checklist, and other downloads, is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. Any consulting services are governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Forms and communications

When you submit the contact or checklist forms, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you about your request. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

4. Scheduling

Consultations are booked through Calendly, a third-party service, and your use of it is also subject to Calendly's terms. Please give notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Booking a call does not create a client relationship.

5. Client portal

The client portal is available only to authorized clients.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Do not share access, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious or unlawful content.
  • Your use of the portal is also governed by your engagement agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
  • We may suspend access to protect security.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and downloads, are owned by BluePanda AI or its licensors. You may view and download materials for your internal, non-commercial use. You may not republish or resell them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, introducing malware, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluePanda AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
